Your order will be sent 3-4 days after you place your order. When the box ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Your order will be available on the Wednesday after you place it, between 2pm and 6pm, at 518 N Tioga Street in Ithaca, NY. Look for the Orchid Bee cooler on the porch: you will find your box inside, labeled with your name.
If you ordered three months: your first box will be available as above, with following boxes distributed (either shipped or as pick-up) on the first Wednesday of each month.
